Welcome to Creative Living Center!
Creative Living Center is a dual licensed Adult Day Health and Day Care Program. Creative Living Center provides day services for both older adults and individuals with physical and cognitive impairments. As the only adult day health facility in Pitt County, Creative Living Center is licensed and certified by the NC Department of Health and Human Services Division of Aging and Adult Services.
